Annette is a very effective Realtor and made the process so easy for us! In every situation, Annette went above and beyond what you would expect from a Realtor. She has unmatched knowledge of national and local real estate trends, and found us a beautiful new build at a competitive price, even in this crazy real estate market. She was diligent in following up with our builder, lender, and title company if we needed anything, and made sure we received regular updates throughout the process. And most importantly, she made sure we were completely comfortable with our decision before signing any papers and putting deposits down. I wholeheartedly recommend Annette because of her honesty, integrity, professionalism, and knowledge of the industry!

Over the years we have bought and sold many homes, but no agent was ever as communicative, professional or detail oriented as the Worth Team. In addition, they secured two backup offers, staying in touch with them during our escrow process. As it turned out, our initial buyer could not perform and we sold to buyer #2.     Annette and her husband Dustin were the most caring, thorough and detailed realtors we’ve ever dealt with! We were mostly unfamiliar with the area and they went above and beyond showing us all the wonderful things the community had to offer. We met with them once in person to look at areas and to discuss our wants in a home, from that moment forward she was in constant contact with us about homes we may be interested in. We were purchasing a home from a distance in a very competitive market with very low inventory. They did detailed video walkthroughs of homes and when we found the perfect house she came up with a good strategy for a competitive offer.     Annette & Dustin are the best. Over the pst 15 months or so, we have utilized them to find a home, purchase it and then to sell it - we just closed a few days ago. The reason we chose them was because of their tireless energy, willingness to go the extra mile and do everything possible on both sides of the sales process. They helped us purchase the home for a competitive price and when we sold the same home 12months later, they got us ABOVE list price and for a SUBSTANTIAL net GAIN! They take incredible photos, videos and cover every possible angle in attracting all manner of buyers. In our case, during the process, we purchased another home and had already moved in (over an hour away). Annette & Dustin checked in on the home, kept our pool filled with water, even pulled weeds that were a tad pesky and wouldn't go away! I would consider them quality real estate professionals and as we've gotten to know them over the past eighteen months or so, we've found them to also be caring dedicated parents and the best part - friends. In sales, there are endless salespeople who are quick to make a sale, get their commission and then move on - Annette & Dustin work diligently to earn their commission going the extra mile for their clients and are the best we've encountered - and THAT is a lot considering we've had some 20+ real estate transactions over the past 20 years.
